IT was essential so that our customers get a better service and we become more efficient too. We currently have 6 software systems running at the same time. One thing we notice about INFOS's software is that it's very reliable and very secure.

With pplPortal we are more focused, more organised and our processes are more efficient. In performance reviews we used to lose a lot of time building forms, and they were prone to error. With the pplPortal platform, we've addressed that need entirely. As for the INFOS team, I can say they are very available, hard-working and engaged. INFOS is a company with a very interesting team, able to adapt to our particular kind of business, which helped us develop software specific to our needs with considerable success. The MULTI ERP helps keep information more integrated: we have 3 production centres plus the Logistics Hub, and I can see what is happening across all of them. The speed at which you get information on production, times, costing, yields, defects and order status — INFOS and MULTI have helped a great deal. Looking today at what the company was two years ago when we started this project, we have to acknowledge it is an enormous step forward and a very important response from both INFOS and Crialme. It is an evolving project.

Given that Sociedade Comercial C. Santos and Rent a Star have 350 people, with very different roles and diverging schedules, pplPortal is a vital tool for internal communication.
