INFOS Solutions in the Spotlight at the Texp@ct Final Event
INFOS attended the closing session of Texp@ct, where we presented some of the technological solutions that are driving the digital transformation of the Textile and Clothing industry, in cooperation with the entities, companies and scientific institutions of the consortium led by CITEVE.
During the event, we demonstrated our ability to design and develop different integrated solutions in the areas of the Responsive Factory (WP2), Data Interoperability (WP4) and Digital Product (WP6), with a particular focus on the application of AI in an industrial context:
🔹WP2 – Responsive Factory (KORA Tracking | KORA Sensing)
Demonstration of KORA Tracking applied to the traceability and monitoring of production processes, enabling the tracking, real-time follow-up and optimisation of production flows. The use of AI makes it possible to analyse operational data continuously, identify patterns and support faster and more efficient decisions.
Still within the context of the Responsive Factory, we presented KORA Sensing for the control of critical variables in the production environment, such as air quality, temperature, humidity and other operational conditions that directly influence the final quality of the product. Using AI, predictive analysis and continuous monitoring, it is possible to anticipate deviations, prevent imperfections and improve operational efficiency.
🔹WP4 – Data Interoperability (MULTI ITV)
Demonstration of the capability of MULTI, a vertical ERP for the Textile and Clothing industry, as an integration and interoperability platform, acting as a "node" in an ecosystem of management systems and promoting E2E (ERP-2-ERP) communication between systems, equipment and different industrial data sources.
🔹WP6 – Digital Product (KORA PLM)
A web-based PLM solution for complete control of the sample production cycle, from the order and drafts through to the final technical sheet. The platform includes a configurable Kanban dashboard, cost control, versions, quality and traceability.
