MAXIRETAIL

Omnichannel point of sale.

A fast POS, a centralised back office, mobility on the shop floor. For individual stores, chains and franchises.

Overview

What it is,in context.

MAXIRETAIL is INFOS's omnichannel retail platform, designed for brands that run their physical store, online store and mobile as a single operation — not as three systems someone reconciles every night. It covers POS (point of sale), BackStore, chain/franchise integration, shared store-online stock, per-channel promotions and omnichannel analytics.

Integration with Skrey lets MAXIRETAIL connect to online stores, with Shopify to the fore, but also with flexibility for Magento, Redicom, WooCommerce and marketplaces. Developed with Microsoft support, it has an architecture that withstands retail's worst case: network down, a queue of customers, Black Friday.

The POS never stops, and the back office reconciles when the network returns.

In depth

What lies beneath.

Architectural and technical decisions that set MAXIRETAIL apart from a generic product in the category.

01

Resilience at the POS, automatic reconciliation in the back office

The network fails — that is a certainty in retail. MAXIRETAIL assumes it from the start: the POS keeps selling, validating promotions, printing receipts and accepting mobile payments even without a network. When the network returns, it syncs with the back office without losing a single transaction. On a peak day like Black Friday, that resilience is the difference between taking the sale and losing it.

02

Architecture for franchises and chains

It distinguishes local operation (POS, physical stock, staff) from centralised operation (catalogue, pricing policy, promotions, group reporting). Franchises can have controlled autonomy — accept or reject central promotions, set local prices within limits, manage staff. Governance adapts to the contractual model.

03

True omnichannel · shared stock, not synchronised

Online and physical stock live in the same data layer. The online store sees up-to-date availability, the POS reflects digital reservations and purchases, and processes such as click-and-collect, in-store exchanges and cross-channel returns become operational. With Skrey, communication with Shopify, Magento, Redicom, WooCommerce and marketplaces reduces the need for isolated integrations.

04

BackStore and POS connected to the digital operation

Products, prices, promotions and online sales communicate with the central system. Digital sales can sync with invoicing, the store receives consistent operational data, and the manager tracks the physical and digital store with a single view.

05

Electronic receipts and modern payments

Receipts issued by email or WhatsApp, with QR Code and ATCUD as per the Tax Authority. Payments via SIBS, MB WAY, ApplePay and GooglePay integrated into the POS. Loyalty cards, vouchers, gift cards — all native.

Frequently asked questions

The most common questionsabout MAXIRETAIL.

Answers distilled from hundreds of implementations. Missing one? Ask us directly.

  • Does it work offline?

Yes. The POS keeps selling even without a network, with automatic synchronisation when the network returns. Essential for stores in shopping centres where the network drops, or for robust operation.
  • Does it support multiple stores and franchises?

Yes. The MAXIRETAIL architecture distinguishes local operation (POS + store stock) from centralised operation (catalogue, pricing policy, promotions). Franchises have their own autonomy profiles.
  • Does it integrate with e-commerce?

Yes — typically with Shopify or equivalent platforms. Stock and catalogue sync bi-directionally. Online orders can be delivered or prepared in stores (ship-from-store, click-and-collect).
  • How do I do BI on retail?

MAXIRETAIL integrates with MyBusiness-ITV on Qlik Sense for omnichannel dashboards — sales by store, margin by SKU, rotation, year-on-year comparisons and channel analysis.
