The INFOS Chatbot is an automated tool based on Artificial Intelligence, developed to provide general information about our services and available public content. Although we strive to ensure correct and useful answers, they may not always be complete, up to date or fully accurate. We always recommend verifying critical information with our team.

In accordance with the European Union AI Act, this chatbot is classified as a limited-risk AI system, subject to transparency obligations — namely to inform users that they are interacting with an Artificial Intelligence system.
